Before entering the real estate industry, Ritu gained over 10 years of experience as a senior executive in public accounting and industry. She have a strong background in managing audit engagements and providing technical consultations to high-profile clients, honing her skills in financial analysis, risk management, and investment strategies.

Today, Ritu leverages their vast experience and expertise to deliver exceptional results in the real estate industry. She is known for her strategic vision and innovative approach, which have helped her become a respected player in the Bay area real estate market.

Arjun is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the technology and real estate industries. As the co-founder and principal of Arcus Housing, he oversees the firm’s operations and strategic direction, including development, financing, and asset management. Under his leadership, Arcus has successfully completed several residential projects across the San Francisco Bay Area.

Prior to founding Arcus, Arjun held various product and project management roles at technology companies, including Guidewire Software, Big Machines, and Sun Microsystems. He played a key role in the development and launch of multiple enterprise software products, and his expertise in product management has been recognized by industry experts and peers.

Arjun’s academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and a Master’s degree in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University.

Alison Chu is the dedicated Project Manager at Arcus Housing, where she helps bring design visions to life through thoughtful coordination and precise execution.  Having managed multiple design and development projects from concept through completion, this San Francisco-native ensures every detail aligns with Arcus’ creative and technical goals while providing insight and refined touches along the way.

She graduated with high honors and a citation of outstanding performance from the University of California, Davis with a degree in Sustainable Environmental Design, blending her strong architectural background with a passion for innovative, well-crafted spaces of tomorrow. Prior to working with Arcus, she spent most of her professional career working in urban planning & design in collaboration with renowned landscape architects in the San Francisco Bay Area.
